Zoals altijd zijn we hier gewoon voor de liefde voor het spel.
Intiem, luid, en gemaakt voor én door degenen die komen opdagen.
MIC GRAB keert terug voor zijn tweede editie, en brengt opnieuw een avond waar emo,
hardcore en punk samenkomen in een kleine zaal die is ontworpen voor maximale impact.
Geen grote productie, geen barrières — alleen bands die op een paar centimeter van het publiek spelen.
Verwacht intensiteit, beweging, en die onmiskenbare adrenalinekick van een kleine venue die tot het uiterste gaat.

PROGRAMMA

PREMONITION

Premonition is een Nederlandse hardcoreband die zijn sound wortelt in 90s / early 2000s European & UK hardcore. De band is gesigned bij Death Farm Records (gevestigd in Luik, België), een label dat zich richt op het uitbrengen van intense, harde muziek. Via Death Farm Records bracht Premonition onder meer de cassette/digipack “This Evil / Consumed By Fear” uit: met twee nieuwe tracks én een geremasterde demo als bonustracks. Premonition beweegt zich in de moderne Europese hardcorescene en duikt op in line-ups naast acts als Final Form en Loyal 2 None. Verwacht Netherlands hardcore met tempo, drive en een duidelijke knipoog naar de roots waar het genre op gebouwd is.

SPEAR

SPEAR werd opgericht in 2023 in Eindhoven en laat zich inspireren door bands uit de late 90s en early 00s hardcore. Met de ambitie om een sound terug te brengen die ze misten in het Europese hardcorelandschap, mixt SPEAR melodische, tempo-gedreven songs met metallic breakdowns en riffs. Dat levert energieke sets op die respect tonen voor de roots van hardcore, maar tegelijk een eigen stempel zetten. Tekstueel is de band zowel persoonlijk als universeel: SPEAR richt zich op wat het betekent om mens te zijn in een moderne, vaak overweldigende samenleving, met thema’s als verlies, dood, herinnering, scheiding en zelfontdekking. Met hun zelf uitgebrachte demo (augustus 2024) zet SPEAR zich nadrukkelijk op de kaart.

ALL MALE VIDEOSHOP

All Male Videoshop is een vierkoppige post-hardcore noisepunkband, gevormd in Stroomhuis (Eindhoven). Hun muziek is een explosie van chaotische riffs, zware drumritmes en schreeuwvocalen, waarmee ze je direct onderdompelen in een intense live-ervaring. De band bestaat uit muzikanten die ook actief zijn (of waren) in SØWT, 32Elephants, Team Wasted en Baklawai; een combinatie die meteen duidelijk maakt waar de energie en ruwheid vandaan komen. All Male Videoshop zet in op volume, frictie en tempo, met songs die niet netjes in het gelid lopen maar juist floreren op spanning en chaos. Een act voor wie post-hardcore en noisepunk graag op het scherpst van de snede hoort.

DOG PERSON

Dog Person werd opgericht in de zomer van 2023 en bouwt aan een sound die pop-punk, hardcore en emo uit de early 2000s samenbrengt. Het resultaat is volgens de band zelf tegelijk nostalgisch en verfrissend: herkenbare referenties, maar met een eigen drive. In de zomer van 2025 bracht Dog Person de eerste single “Wasting Time” uit. Daarna staat er snel nieuw werk op de planning: de band wil in de winter van datzelfde jaar een EP opnemen. Dog Person richt zich daarnaast op het podium en wil tournéén met veel bands binnen de heavy Dutch scene. Een act die bewust teruggrijpt naar de 00’s-sfeer, maar vooruitkijkt met nieuwe releases en liveplannen.

PULVERIZED

PULVERIZED brengt “Slamming Dummy Death” rechtstreeks uit Brabant. De band werd opgericht begin 2025 en presenteert zich als de volgende golf van Nederlandse slam, met een debuutshow als eerste statement. In hun eigen woorden is het ruw, gewelddadig en dom op de best mogelijke manier; een aanpak die draait om directe impact en nul franje. PULVERIZED kiest bewust voor een ongecompliceerde, slammende vorm van death metal die vooral moet raken: hard, grof en recht vooruit. Met hun start in 2025 zetten ze zichzelf neer als een nieuwe naam binnen de Nederlandse slamhoek, klaar om live meteen te laten horen waar ze voor staan.

MIC GRAB returns for its second edition, bringing another night where emo, hardcore, and punk collide in a small room built for maximum impact. No big production, no barriers—just bands playing inches from the crowd. Expect intensity, movement, and that unmistakable adrenaline rush you only get when a small venue goes all the way.

PREMONITION

Premonition are a Netherlands-based hardcore band rooted in ’90s / early 2000s European and UK hardcore. Signed to Death Farm Records—a label based in Liège, Belgium focused on releasing intense, hard music—the band has released material through the label, including the cassette/digipack “This Evil / Consumed By Fear”, featuring two new tracks plus their first remastered demo as bonus tracks. Premonition move within the modern European hardcore circuit and have appeared on lineups alongside acts such as Final Form and Loyal 2 None. Expect Netherlands hardcore built on speed and drive, with a clear respect for the era that shaped their sound.

SPEAR

Inspired by the late ’90s and early ’00s hardcore scene, SPEAR formed in 2023 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The band set out to revive a sound they felt was missing from the European hardcore landscape, combining melodic, tempo-driven songs with metallic breakdowns and riffs. The result is an energetic, full-powered set that respects hardcore’s roots while still delivering a distinct identity. Lyrically, SPEAR aim for both the personal and the universal, exploring what it means to be human in a modern, often overwhelming society. Their themes include loss, death, memory, separation, and self-discovery. With a self-released demo from August 2024, SPEAR step forward ready to earn their place in today’s hardcore scene.

All Male Videoshop are a four-piece post-hardcore noisepunk band formed at Stroomhuis, Eindhoven. Their music hits as an explosion of chaotic riffs, heavy drum rhythms, and screaming vocals, pulling you straight into an intense, high-pressure experience. The lineup includes members from SØWT, 32Elephants, Team Wasted, and Baklawai, a combination that signals exactly where their urgency and grit come from. DOG PERSON

Founded in the summer of 2023, Dog Person blend pop-punk, hardcore, and emo from the early 2000s into a sound they describe as both nostalgic and refreshing. The band’s first single, “Wasting Time,” arrived in the summer of 2025, marking their first official release. Next, Dog Person plan to record an EP in the winter of the same year, continuing to build their catalog. On the live side, they aim to tour with many bands within the heavy Dutch scene, taking their early-2000s-rooted mix to stages alongside like-minded acts. A project defined by clear influences, forward momentum, and a focus on releases and live plans.

PULVERIZED

PULVERIZED deliver “Slamming Dummy Death” straight out of Brabant. Formed in early 2025, the band position themselves as the next wave of Dutch slam, making their statement with a debut show. Their own description says it all: raw, violent, and dumb in the best possible way—an approach focused on direct impact, no frills, and maximum heaviness. PULVERIZED lean into a slamming death metal style that’s meant to hit hard and keep moving, introducing themselves as a new name in the Dutch slam corner with a clear live-first intent.
