Pasa Palabra

Are you ready for the next live edition of ‘Pasa Palabra’? The theme for this edition is ‘migration’. A theme that many can relate to, especially  those of the Dutch Caribbean who cross the Atlantic ocean on a daily basis to work their way towards a better future. Due to migration between the islands, two different mother tongues have met and become one. So, for the first time, we will be focusing on the Papiamentu/o and English language during our next live edition of ‘Pasa Palabra’. During this edition, we will unearth stories of the historical passages between the islands of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Are you an artist?

Come join us and share your art piece in Papiamentu/o or English with us. This could be in the form of poetry, song, rap or even a story, as long as it shows the audience who you are. You are also welcome for the open mic session. Are you interested?

COVID Guidelines

Everyone is welcome at Musicon in The Hague (Den Haag). Levende Talen Papiaments and Musicon will follow the RIVM guidelines strictly. This means that you will either have to show proof of vaccination using CoronaCheckApp or WHO International Certificate of Vaccination (Yellow Booklet), or show a negative PCR-test result taken within 48 hours at the door.
