Looking for an excuse to spend an evening listening to great music? We’ve got one. Up-Beat Fest is back, bringing together the bands and performers of the European School The Hague for an evening packed with live music, good vibes, and seriously impressive talent.

This festival is a celebration of the creativity, diversity and musical spirit of the ESH community. Students from different nationalities, backgrounds and musical tastes come together to do what they do best: make music. Our students will perform a mix of well-known covers and original songs they’ve written themselves, so you’ll hear everything from familiar favourites to music you can’t hear anywhere else. Expect rock, pop, acoustic, indie, and a few surprises along the way. Some performances might make you sing along. Others might make you wonder why these musicians aren’t already famous.

And here’s an important fact: the more people in the audience, the more fun everyone has. That’s science. The musicians play better, the atmosphere gets louder, and the whole event becomes something special. So don’t leave them performing to their parents and three confused pigeons. Bring your friends. Bring your family. Bring your neighbours. Bring that person who always says, “I didn’t know the school had bands.”
